This is a very effective therapy that achieves permanent results quickly. Rapid Transformational Therapy combines hypnotherapy, psychotherapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. Developed by Marisa Peer, a highly awarded British therapist, RTT brings about lasting and profound change in people’s lives. Finding out the root cause of the problem and fixing it permanently stops what’s sabotaging your success and happiness. You get what you want—freedom from the issues that are holding you back.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT AN APPOINTMENT

A session will take anywhere from 90-120 minutes. 

For the first 20 minutes we'll talk about what you actually want from the session.

During the next 30 minutes, I'll use some relaxation and deepening techniques to put you into hypnosis. (Hypnosis is similar to being in a trance; it’s a natural state that we all experience on a daily basis. Similar to when you are driving in a car and not really paying attention. Your mind is focused on other things, however you arrive at your destination safely. You'll be aware of your surroundings. It feels like you’re watching a movie of events in your life, but you are not reliving those events.)

For the remainder of the session I'll help you (your subconscious mind) figure out the root cause of the issue that you want to be rid of. The truth is you cannot fix what you do not understand. When you have identified the negative belief system, which usually forms during childhood, I'll help you to release it. Then we'll replace it with new healthy, strong and positive thoughts, feelings and behaviors. 

We'll wrap up the session with a personal recording (typically 10-20 minutes long) that I’ll create for you. You'll listen to it daily for the next 21 days to embed the new positive and powerful patterns of thoughts and behaviors. You'll have an upgraded and updated new operating system.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER AN APPOINTMENT

I’ll check in with you a week after the appointment to see how you're doing, and then again a week later to see how I can further support you. You are welcome to contact me during the 21 days to discuss your progress.
